There is no account, upload or contact form on this website. The site does not ask you to provide evidence, a name, an email address or a phone number.

The shipped page code contains no client-side analytics, advertising code, tracking pixel or executable JavaScript. The site does not set first-party cookies or use browser local storage.

This site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. When your device requests a page, Cloudflare can process an IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser or system configuration, routing information and security-related request metadata.

The live response also enables Cloudflare Network Error Logging. A browser may send a network-failure report to Cloudflare. Cloudflare states that its NEL pipeline derives network and location-level information and drops the client IP after processing, but its wider services may process end-user traffic and network data under its own terms.

NOVAPRIME EK LTD does not receive form submissions because none exist. Exact Cloudflare account-level logs, retention controls, contractual settings and international-transfer safeguards were not accessible in this repository review and remain an operational verification item.

Request metadata is processed to deliver the pages, maintain availability, prevent abuse and investigate technical or security failures. The intended UK and EU basis is legitimate interests in operating a small, secure informational website. The corresponding South African basis requires a lawful justification under POPIA.

This limited website processing must not be treated as approval for vault accounts, evidence storage, special-category data or alleged-offence information. Those higher-risk purposes remain blocked pending separate legal and operational work.

The site source does not create its own visitor database. Cloudflare operates a global network and may process traffic outside the country from which you visit.

We do not state a fixed deletion period because the deployed account settings and provider retention were not verified in this review.
